With so many different fabrics in upholstery each piece is evaluated on site for the best method of cleaning. Spot testing for dyes running , checking materials for required temperatures for cleaning and whether a wet or dry method of cleaning is best, since all fabrics vary. Our cleaners will advise you about the cleaning methods and whether or not your fabric is cleanable.
Our offers on upholstery cleaning:
Three (3) seat sofa / one (1) chair Steam cleaning - $89.95
Dry Cleaning (dry foam extraction / Von Schrader ) - $120.00
Each additional seat: $20.00 Each additional chair: $30.00 Leather upholstery can be cleaned and conditioned for $50.00 / seat.
RUG CLEANING
We provide an exemplary rug cleaning service; similar methods to upholstery. When possible we clean rugs in the customers home to save them the cost of a higher cleaning price (off-site) and pick up and delivery charges. Also there is the time factor. Rugs orders cleaned off-site take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. Generally wools, cottons, and silks need to be taken out.
Prices on rugs are determined individually according to size, material, fringes, and if two sided cleaning is required. We take great pride in our rug cleaning and every effort is given to customer satisfaction.
